1. Unit start battery failure

The battery has not been maintained for a long time, and the electrolyte cannot be refilled in time after volatilization. It is not equipped with a starter battery charger. The battery will discharge after a long period of time. Streamlined or used chargers require manual equalization and floating charge switching on a regular basis. Due to negligence and inability to perform switching operations, the battery power cannot meet the requirements. In order to solve this problem, in addition to the configuration of high-quality chargers, necessary inspections and maintenance must be carried out.

2. Water enters the diesel engine

When water vapor in the air condenses due to temperature changes, it will form water droplets, which will hang on the inner wall of the fuel tank and flow into the diesel fuel, causing the water content in the diesel to exceed the standard. If diesel enters the high-pressure oil pump of the engine, it will rust the precision coupling part-the plunger, which will seriously damage the equipment. It can effectively avoid the regular maintenance of the generator.

3. Engine oil warranty time (two years)

The oil of large generator rental units is used for mechanical lubrication, and the oil also has a certain retention period. After long-term storage, the physical and chemical properties of the oil will change, resulting in poorer lubrication conditions during the operation of the equipment, which may damage equipment components. Therefore, the lubricating oil should be replaced regularly. .

4. The replacement cycle of the three filters (diesel filter, mechanical filter, air filter, water filter) of the large generator rental unit

Filters are used to filter diesel, engine oil or water to prevent impurities from entering the body in the engine. Oil and impurities will inevitably appear in diesel. Therefore, the filter plays an important role in the operation of the equipment, but at the same time, these oil or impurities will be deposited on the filter screen wall, so that the capacity of the filter is reduced, there are too many deposits, and the oil path will not be unblocked. . In this way, when operating under load (such as artificial lack of oxygen), the petroleum machinery will be shaken due to the lack of oil supply devices. Therefore, during the normal use of the generator set, we recommend: first, for ordinary generator sets, replace three filters every 500 hours; secondly, replace three filters every two years for standby equipment.

5. Cooling system

Large-scale generator rental units have not cleaned the pumps, water tanks and water pipelines for a long time, which will cause poor water circulation and reduce the cooling effect. Whether the water pipe joints are good and whether the water pipe joints are good. If the cooling system fails, there will be water leakage in the water tank and water channel. The consequences are: first, the cooling effect is not good, and the water temperature in the unit is too high and the unit is closed. The Wilsine unit is the most common unit. Secondly, the water tank leaks, the water level in the water tank drops, and the equipment cannot work normally (in order to prevent the water pipe from freezing when the generator is used in winter, it is recommended to install a water heater in the cooling system).

6. Lubrication system, seals

Due to the chemical properties of lubricating oil or oleate and the iron filings produced by mechanical wear, these will not only reduce its lubricating effect, but also accelerate the lubrication. At the same time, the lubricating oil has a certain corrosive effect on the rubber sealing ring, and the oil seal itself is also aging at any time to reduce the sealing effect.

7. Fuel and gas distribution system

The power output of the large-scale generator rental unit is mainly the fuel that is burned in the cylinder to do work, and the fuel is injected through the injector, which makes the carbon deposit deposited after the combustion. For the injector, as the deposit volume increases, the fuel is injected. The fuel injection volume of the nozzle will be affected to a certain extent, resulting in an incorrect ignition advance angle time of the fuel injection nozzle and an increase in fuel injection volume. The volume of each cylinder of the engine is not uniform, and the working state is also unstable. Therefore, the fuel system should be cleaned regularly, the filter components should be replaced, the fuel supply should be stable, and the gas distribution system should be adjusted to make the ignition even.

8. The control part of the device

The control part of the oil machine is also an important part of equipment maintenance. The machine has been used for too long, the line connector is loose and the AVR module works normally.
